In 2024 CERTUSS supplied a Pharmaceutical Customer with 2 x E320MX electrical steam Generators with max. Output of 640kg/h steam.

In 2024 CERTUSS supplied a Desalinization Plant with 1 x TC 1500 + CVE gas fired steam Generator with max. Output of 1500kg/h steam.

In 2017 CERTUSS supplied Taihu Brewing with 2 x Universal SC 1300 with up to 2.600kg/h steam for their brewery applications such as fermenters, bottle cleaning and KEG cleaning. Tahu Brewing is one of the finest craft breweries in Taiwan and rates the highest among experts.

In 2019 CERTUSS supplied HKUST with 2 x Universal TC 1000 with ea. 1000g/h steam, town gas + CVE  feed system. All interconnecting piping and wiring was pre-commissioned and designed for customer requirements.

In 2019 CERTUSS supplied Shanghai No 6 Hospital with 3 x Junior TC 400 with ea. 400kg/h steam, natural + CVE feed system for the hospitals sterilization center. The modular steam plant ensures instantaneous steam output adjustment and highest efficiencies under all load conditions.

In 2017 CERTUSS supplied B.Braun Penang facility with 1 x E 100 with 135kg/h steam, electric + CVE feed system and a stainless steel accumulator to facilitate their high steam demand in a few minutes time of operation. B.Braun uses the steam for sterilizing medical devices.

In 2014 CERTUSS supplied Ningbo No. 6 Hospital in Ningbo with 2 x Universal TC 600 with ea. 600kg/h steam, natural gas + CVE feed system for their sterilization and humidification application within the hospital.

The CERTUSS boiler plant saved up to 35% of energy costs in comparison with traditional fire-tube boiler design.

FWUSOW Industry Co. Ltd, Taiwan

In 2018 CERTUSS supplied Fwusow Industry Co. with 1 x Universal TC 2000 with 2.000kg/h steam, natural gas + Economizer to increase thermal efficiency even further. Fwusow is a manufacturer of pet food, animal food, fertilisers, oils and cereals.

CERTUSS complies with local Taiwanese codes and safety regulations to operate in working areas.

In 2018 CERTUSS supplied Xinhua Hospital in Shanghai with 1 x Junior TC 400 with 400kg/h steam, natural gas + CVE feed system for their laboratories and related processes. The boiler plant is located right at the application to ensure highest steam quality and efficiencies.

In 2019 CERTUSS supplied California Laundry in Singapore with 1 x Universal TC 1000 with 1.000kg/h steam, LPG + CVE feed system for covering their peak time steam demand within their laundry.

California Laundry is today one of Singapore´s top laundry enterprises.

In 2019 CERTUSS supplied Great Leap Brewery with 3 x Universal TC 2000 with ea. 2.000kg/h steam, natural gas + CVE feed system for the Breweries brew kettle, fermenters, KEG and CIP cleaning and bottling line.

The modular steam plant can accommodate load changes instantaneous and will provide steam at highest quality for the best beer in town.

In 2018 CERTUSS supplied Shanghai No 6 Hospital with 1 x Junior TC 400 with 400kg/h steam, natural gas + CVE feed system for their remotely located Animal Experiment facility. The small footprint of the entire steam plant is a huge advantage for all tight spaces.

In 2019 CERTUSS supplied Johns Manville Nonwovens Co. with 1 x Junior TC 350 with 350kg/h steam, natural gas + CVE feed system for their application. The CERTUSS steam plant included LAN interface to allow remote operation, troubleshooting and maintenance.

In 2022, CERTUSS supplied AB InBev with 8 x Universal TC 2000 with CVE feed system.
